Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split, window, and central AC units.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues.Perform routine maintenance checks, cleaning, and filter replacements.Test and monitor system performance to ensure energy efficiency and safety standards.Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance schedules and parts inventory.Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for parts and system upgrades.Follow safety protocols and comply with HVAC regulations and standards.Requirements:Strong knowledge of HVAC and air conditioning systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagramsElectrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsHands-on experience with tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipmentTime management and organizational skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilityCustomer service orientation and communication skillsAdherence to safety and compliance standardsQualifications & Experience:Minimum Qualification: ITI / Vocational / Diploma in HVACPreferred Qualification: Diploma in Refrigeration & Air ConditioningExperience: 1–3 years as an AC technician or in HVAC maintenance
