AC TechnicianJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain AC systems, ensuring efficient operation through regular preventive maintenance.•Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues in AC systems; handle refrigerant recovery and recycling per safety standards.•Basic Chiller Maintenance: Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance on chiller systems.•Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of work performed and provide updates on major repairs or requirements.•Safety and Compliance: Follow company safety standards, policies, and HVAC regulations.Job Details :•Education: Diploma or technical certification in HVAC systems or related field.•Experience: Minimum 5 years in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance, preferably in facility management.•Proficient in handling various AC systems (split, cassette, ducted, package units).•Basic knowledge of chiller systems.•Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.•Good communication and teamwork abilities.Additional Requirements:•Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies.•Physical fitness to handle equipment and work in diverse conditions.•Willingness to assist with other tasks when needed, such as supporting electricians or plumbers.
