AC TechnicianJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Identify maintenance risks on equipment•Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems•Clean, adjust, and repair systems•Perform emergency repairs•Provide technical direction and on-the-job training•Keep daily logs and records of maintenance functions•Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety procedures•Comply with service standards and customers requirements•Assist with customers queries•Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment•Inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems•Measure compressor pressure using gauge•Remove faulty units, disassemble, and replace parts and fluid•Make adjustments and calibrate thermostatic controls
