Description: A medium size company specialized in full services and maintenance of New Dubai communities villas have a requirement for an immediate joining of AC Supervisor & technician preferably with UAE manual Driving license. Technical degree with minimum 5 years hands on experience in Dubai especially in R22 & R410 ducted split systems including PPM, own testing to detect fault in outdoor and indoor AC units and thermostats, must have hands on complete process for replacement of DX 2-5 Tons compressors, indoor FCU and condensing units motors, brazing, electric parts testing and replacement from A to Z. The company has its own small ERP system for operations and quotations so previous experience in PC/mobile systems is an advantage. Experience in villas booster pump room and swimming pools is a great advantage English communication and self presentation are must.
