Collaboration within the firm offers opportunities for each team member to contribute to every stage of design process.Working in the heart of the design department, on extremely varied projects to develop solutions that translate a clients brief into a full brand experience.As 3D Architectural Visualizer, you will be required to produce 3D designs for exhibition stands / interior fit-out / events stages exclusively in 3D STUDIO-MAX with experience in rendering using Corona / Lumion / V-Ray. Responsibilities & Requirements:. Well experienced in 3d Studio-max, AutoCAD, Illustrator & Photoshop. . Ability to Multitask under pressure and working to meet tight deadlines.. Strong communication skills with ability to transform design idea to reality. . Attending meetings to understand project requirements and design brief to determine client preferences, purpose of participation, budget, Audio Visual equipment to be installed, and other factors which affect the planning interior/event/exhibition projects.. Adaptable to changes in approach or method to best fit the project and able to deal with frequent modifications, changes and delays. . Supporting team throughout project, document submissions, including developing CAD files, workshop drawings for exhibition stands / event stages / interior fit-out.. Attending site visits for measurements, keeping track of the project work in progress.. Coordination with production team during design construction stage, including development of specifications, material, dimensions & electrical plans.. Ability to handle on-site projects independently with strong attention to details.. Constantly refreshing your personal knowledge of the latest software and technologies in this field.. Creative & Innovative, capable of developing out of the box ideas, with knowledge and vast experience in different types of design presentations. . Produce high quality atmosphere visualizations for competition and client presentation.. Rendering 3D studio-Max using appropriate software (Corona/V-Ray/Lumion) and post-production in photoshop.
