About the job 2D 3D VisualizerThe 2D 3D Visualizer should have ability to produce unique designs that grace the individualism of our clients. You will be involved in the design from the conceptual development to learn how to accommodate clients requirements and desires for the space, undertaking their specifications and translate them in the plans by using design systems, tools, and principals involved in the creation of technical plans, drawings, conduct space planning, and develop the design. Requirements:Supply & Sourcing

• You must have Proficiency in 2D & 3D software and some exposure to high end/luxury projects.
• Experience in producing high quality architectural / interior still images and animations would be considered for the position.
• Delivering projects under strict deadlines and within the budget.
•  A flexible team player with strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a discerning eye for photo-editing.
• Excellent ability to conceptualize luxurious Designs and drawing layouts.
• Abilities to work independently and work with minimum supervision.
• Great team player with a pleasing personality.
• Can work with less supervision note with Strong graphics and visualization skills to communicate design ideas. 
• Knowledge of drawing submissions - Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes,flooring, and plumbing fixtures - Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and newdevelopments in the interior design and architecture industry.

Presentation Strengths:

• You will be a highly creative designer with exceptional organization skills, a flare for producing detailed mood boards and the management, selection & production of beautifully presented, full FF&E presentation boards and finishes for the client.

Support & Assistance with Reports and Organization:

• You will be proficient in preparing room data sheets in conjunction with the appointed consultant; producing installation lists; producing and managing purchase support documents; manage the production of FF&E specification control book for all areas of the projects within the scope of work

»¿Assistance with Budget & Cost control:

• Tracking the project FF&E budget
• Produce summary budgets at the area, room and object level
• Make additions, changes and generating detailed budgets and cost reports.

»¿HSE RESONSIBILITY:

• As a designer you must ensure that the project is capable of being constructed to be safe, can be maintained safely and complies with all relevant safety and health legislation

»¿IT RESONSIBILITY:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Technical Diploma from a recognized and accredited Institution. A graphic background or similar certification/training would be desirable

»¿Qualifications:»¿

• »¿»¿5+ years experience in Architectural / Interior Visualization Extensive skills using 3Ds Max Extensive skills using Adobe Photoshop.
• A very strong portfolio of renders that contain Architectural as well as Interior work Corona or Storm render preferred
• Ability to use AutoCAD Ability to use Sketchup.
• Excellent knowledge of3Ds Max / Maya / VRay / Corona/ AutoCAD / Adobe Photoshop.
• Illustrator and any other graphic or rendering software 4 -5 years of experience
• Bachelors degree in 3D Design / Graphic Design. Technical Diploma.
• Preferred with AutoCAD experience and knowledge.
• Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques»¿
