-Work in a company with a solid track record of performance-A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities-Leadership RoleOur client is one of the leading companies in utilities industry in Qatar.The JobYour responsibilities will include:Carry out feasibility study, concept design.Load estimation for new District Cooling projects.Lead the concept and detailed design of District Cooling underground networks, plants, and energy transfer stations.Lead and coordinate all activities related to design process independently and liaise and coordinate with all clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of projects.Ideal CandidateRequirements:Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the design of District Cooling systems with a major District Cooling utility company / infrastructure designer / EPC contractor in GCCExperience in mechanical building services (HVAC etc.) / District CoolingProficiency in English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIn-depth knowledge of standards and codes relevant to district cooling utilities (ASHRAE / BS / EN / ASME / AHRI etc.) and testing and commissioning (BSRIA / ASHRAE etc.) and familiarity with authority regulations in QatarIn-depth knowledge in hydraulic modeling of District Cooling networkMMUP, Qatar-approved engineer status is desirableMembership of ASHRAE, CIBSE, IDEA etc. is desirableComputer literacy (NetSim, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office in particular)Ref: Y9YK9XRF8K Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
