-Join a well known brand within Oil & Gas-Leadership Role-Work in a company with a solid track record of performanceOur client is one of the largest Utilities Service Provider Company across gulf regions.The JobAs a Project Director in the Utilities/Oil & Gas Distribution/District Cooling industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects related to utility infrastructure, oil and gas distribution systems, or district cooling networks. You will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Your role will involve strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and effective communication to ensure project objectives are achieved.Your responsibilities will include:Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource requirements.Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational strategies.Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for project initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with client needs.Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitoring their progress and providing guidance as needed.Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.Implement effective change management processes to address project scope changes or unforeseen circumstances.Ideal CandidateBachelor?s degree in an Engineering discipline from a recognised universityMaster?s degree is preferred Minimum Experience:12 years of experience in utilities industry or large-scale project management environment in GCC, with at least 8 years on managerial rolesProficiency in English and Arabic in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation skillsExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExpert knowledge of financial planning and capital managementExpert knowledge of large-scale project management concepts and techniquesRef: CB3A72YW3I Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
