Job SummaryThe Civil QA/QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all civil construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and applicable codes. The inspector will conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect civil works including earthworks, concrete, rebar, formwork, asphalt, and finishing worksEnsure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC plansConduct material inspections and verify test results (soil, concrete, asphalt, etc.)Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) when requiredMonitor corrective and preventive actionsPrepare daily inspection reports and documentationCoordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractorsWitness field and laboratory testsEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsQualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum [X] years of experience in civil QA/QC or site inspectionKnowledge of construction standards, codes, and specificationsFamiliarity with QA/QC documentation and reportingAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication and reporting skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with infrastructure or large-scale projectsKnowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systemsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools)Ability to work under site conditions
