Sales Associate - Fashion & JewellerySales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our clientele, showcasing the finest in luxury fashionmerchandise, and maintaining the stores high standards of excellence in service.Professionalism and Service ExcellenceCustomer Service:Greet customers promptly and warmly upon entering the store.Understand and cater to the unique needs of luxury clientele.Offer personalized styling advice and product knowledge.Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, following up on past purc hases and recommending new items.Handle customer complaints and returns gracefully and professionally.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceSales:Drive sales by understanding current fashion trends and what appea ls to the stores target clientele.Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the stores product line, designers, and unique selling points.Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize stores profitability.Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.Follow and achieve store’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.Cross sell productsStore Operations:Ensure merchandise is appropriately displayed and the store is well maintained.Restock items as needed and maintain inventory accur acy.Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the stores point of sale system.Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.Comply with inventory control procedures.Suggest ways to improve sales.Merchandising:Assist in visual merchandising, setting up displays, and organizing store layout.Collaborate with management and other team members to maintain store aesthetics in line with brand standards.Personal Development:Attend workshops, training, and fashion events to stay updated with the latest trends and brands in luxury fashion.Continually enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.Team up with co workers to en sure proper customer service.Build productive trust relationships with customers.Competencies Requirement (Skills, Qualifications and Experiences):Experience: Minimum 2 years of p revious experience in luxury retail or a related customer service oriented field.Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Passion for fashion, trends, and luxury brands.Professional appearance and demeanor.Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.Competencies:Customer centric mindset.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail.Ability to work in a team environment.Hard SkillsProficiency with point of sale software and other related retail technologies.Gender: BothMonthly Salary range: 10000 SARAccommodation : providedHealthcare insurance :providedRecruitment flight: provided (economy class)Transport to work: providedWorking uniform: providedContract duration: 1 year extendable Company Profile Positions Abroad is a professional recruitment and selection agency recruiting for the well-known clients around the world and helping them to find the best possible candidates globally for their high paying positions.
