Professionalism and Service ExcellenceThe Assistant Store Manager is a vital contributor to our teams success in the luxury retail space. The role demands a passionate, drivenindividual with a deep understanding of luxury fashion, a keen eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to custom er service.Main responsibilitiesSales and Customer Service:- Assist in meeting and exceeding store sales goals.- Provide an elevated customer service experience, ensuring client satisfaction.- Develop and maintain long term relationships with our clientele.- Write sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvements- Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances , h andle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns gracefullyOperations:- Help in ensuring daily store operations run smoothly and efficiently.- Support in inventory management and ensures stock accuracy.- Assist in processing and merchandising new shipments.- Write sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvements- Ensure store is maintained at the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.Leadership and Staff Development:- Support the Store Manager in training and developing staff to maximize potential.- Supervise and train staff.- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.- Lead by example in terms of dress code, punctuality, and professionalism.- Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback • Collaborate with team leads on setting and achieving team-specific goals.Administrative:- Support the Store Manager in preparing and analyzing sales reports.- Assist in rostering, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.- Adhere to company policies and proceduresVisual and Merchandising:- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain and update store displays to align with brand guidelines.- Organize sales and product demonstrations- Assist in planning and executing in store events and promotions.Competencies Requirement (Skills, Qualifications and Experiences):Education: - Bachelors degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail management- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a management or supervisory role.- Familiarity with the latest trends in luxury fashion.Soft Skills: - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- A passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury market dynamics.Hard Skills:- Basic understanding of retail financi al metrics.- Proficient in Point of Sale ( systems and Microsoft Office Suite.- Arabic, fluent English.Gender: BothMonthly Salary range: 14000 - 20000 SARAccommodation : providedHealthcare insurance :providedRecruitment flight: provided (economy class)Transport to work: providedWorking uniform: providedContract duration: 1 year extendable Company Profile Positions Abroad is a professional recruitment and selection agency recruiting for the well-known clients around the world and helping them to find the best possible candidates globally for their high paying positions.
