Qualification: Diploma in Hotel Management/Catering Technology, Minimum 10 years experience in a Chief Cook role within a large-scale or commercial kitchen. Experience in managing kitchen operations in a labor camp or similar setting is highly valued. Fair knowledge of English or Arabic language.Food, accommodation and transportation provided by the company.
