Qualification:Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology with a proven expereince of having worked as a Banquet Manager with a 4 / 5 Star Hotel, coupled with exposure to Industrial Catering Services. Should have a great knack of managing events, banquets, with strong operational, financial knowledge & staff trainings.
