-Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of STP & RO plants. -Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures. -Perform routine maintenance of equipment, including pumps, motors, and filters. -Monitor and maintain chemical treatment processes and adjust as needed. -Troubleshoot and diagnose plant malfunctions and coordinate repairs. -Maintain accurate records of plant operations and produce reports as required. -Ensure that plant operations meet quality standards and environmental regulations. -Manage and train a team of plant operators.
