What it takes:Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment;Ability to conduct competitive assessments of market, industry, and competitors to then translate data into effective social campaigns;Provide strategic input and oversight for all social campaign accounts;Develop keen understanding of marketing objectives, target audience(s), category trends, and industry pressures to stay abreast of opportunities and threats in the digital space;Implement social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others ensuring client objectives are being met through appropriate content;Monitor, respond, and manage assigned accounts in collaboration with relevant team;Support new business opportunities through research and social audits and provide recommendations as necessary.Consistently monitor analytics to capture valuable insights and modify campaign adjustments;Generate timely, thoughtful reports to illustrate trends, statistics, and ROI for all social campaign efforts;Strong understanding of social communications, paid search, and content marketing;Experience in syndicating videos and other content and buying digital media, including social media advertising;Experience with new social campaign launches;Essential Skills & QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Marketing & Communication Management preferably Real Estate.At least 2 years of experience in leading teams in a similar position and have learned to create strong teams which you lead by example with your enthusiastic and positive attitude.Degree in Marketing or similar professional qualification.Excellent copywriting skills, impeccable written and spoken English & Arabic.Proven experience of digital marketingProven experience of organizing and managing eventsCapable of holding your own amongst senior managers and tradersData driven and know how to use this to your advantage to build insights and improve future campaignsVery strong attention to detail.Have a love of finding out of the box ways to solve problems and building.Have high user empathy.
