Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, performing wound dressing, assisting with personal care, maintaining patient records, and supporting patients with chronic conditions or recovery needs. Ensure patient safety, follow infection control protocols, and coordinate with physicians and family members regarding patient progress.Desired Candidate ProfileQualified Registered Nurses or Assistant Nurses with relevant nursing qualifications and preferably 1 to 2 years of clinical or homecare experience. Candidates must meet the applicable UAE licensing requirements for the role and possess good clinical knowledge, communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work independently. BLS certification and previous homecare or elderly care experience are preferred.
