Job Description

Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily maintenance and repair of company vehicles and equipment.
  • Plan, assign, inspect, evaluate, and supervise the work of subordinates.
  • Determine and maintain inventory levels, obtains quotes, and orders parts and supplies.
  • Establish and maintain vehicle operating and maintenance records and cost records and evaluate information for purpose of vehicle disposal and replacement.
  • Develop procedures for the most economical repair work and use of equipment.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors and site team.
  • Select, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate subordinates.
  • Complete various documentation and paperwork.
  • Enforce safety regulations and policies.
Skills:
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Follow and relay written and oral instruction and policies.
Experience: 5 years in a civil construction company in UAE Education: High School Diploma (Minimum) Languages: English, Hindi and Urdu
