Contact and communicate effectively with debtors by phone or E mail.
Negotiate and implement debt recovery plans.
Coordinate efforts to collect debts with accounting and legal departments.
Create plans and strategies for collecting debts.
Negotiate settlements to receive payments on certain percentages of debt.
Advising on repayment plans that are appropriate for the degree of debt and the circumstances of the consumer.
Fluency in English & Hindi languages. (Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu are plus).
2-3 years of prior experience in Credit Collections in the Indian Market.
Highly attention to detail.
Able to work in Sharjah
Fulltime onsite job.
