Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, womens health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.What Youll DoThe primary function for this role is to:- Execute Saudi Trade Strategy to optimize the Trade and Key Accounts (ALL Channels) for central & eastern region u2013 in line with Abbott EPD Saudi Trade Strategy.- To provide trade team with the leadership, direction, and resources to ensure sales targets are achieved and to liaise with marketing personnel to ensure short- and long-term sales, strategies are applied by the sales team.- Implement value proposition programs for Abbott brands, in co-ordination with Trade head, Marketing & Sales team.- will be responsible to build central & eastern region structure and programs which will enhance Abbotts Saudi brands performance at Pharmacy and Wholesale level.Core Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops a structured commercial offering locally with a strong emphasis on:- Identify the value and potential of the Trade in assigned area. - Establishing a local trade structure and presence u2013 in line with the trade potential.- Optimize route to market in line with local Category structure.- Strengthening and growing our brands in the Pharmacy Channel, Wholesalers & Hospital Retail Pharmacies at regional level.- Devising and implementing campaigns with trade to increase brand and corporate SOV, improving visibility and monitoring progress.- Ensuring adequate Trade support and customizing our offering- Regional Key Account/Wholesaler / Hospitals and Clinics negotiation with BGx, Gx and OTC/OTx products- Implement trade marketing / Brand strategy and execute strategies for key chain accounts in a timely order for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increasing profitability and market share.- Have a detailed understanding of the Pharmacy channel landscape - Understand switch level in key Channels.- Manage budget and expenditures to ensure that resources are spent within plan.- Measure and track KPIs, suggest corrective actions.- Optimize the listing of all new products in retail.- Devise and propose promotional plans that maximize sales in retail pharmacies and wholesalers and ensure timely execution.- Monitor and evaluate trade performance to enhance the efficiency of trade channels.- Ensure all trade activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, trade standards ,Corporate Business , OEC Compliance Procedures and Safety procedures.Required Qualifications
  • University Degree in BusinessMarektingMedical
  • At least 5 years experience in Trade business in central & eastern area and preferred minimum 2 years of managerial Level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Located in Riyadh city with 50% travelling time.
  • Familiar with local market Landscape and competition, hands-on sales development skill.
  • Integrity, proactive, self-motivation, result-oriented, strong tolerance of pressure, a quick learner, willing to take challenge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess of leadership, open consideration, helpful and caring.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, persistent and positive mind set, strong accountability and great team player.
