Key Accountabilities:1- Sales Support:RFQs for Corp. business plans / SME business plans / Individual product / Prepare proposal / Contracts.Ensure that all the Broker documents are provided for renewal.Review CHI and SAMA regulations to ensure all health insurance practices meet their standard2- Business Operation services:BIGQ for new businessGRQ for renewalsPreparing PCF and coordinate with stakeholders to be applied in the systemCreate certificates/letters for the contracts or member insurance coverage.Extract reports and account for active member list.Coordinate with archiving team to archive signed contractsProcessing CRM Opportunities and refelction of client requirementsValidate received data from client via system and prepare as per Bupa Arabia Standard.3- Reporting:NB / Renewal / Active book report / Salesforce updateLogging TPF’s and Share with the Stakeholders Twice MonthlySkills:MS Office skills.Excellent control on the English/Arabic language.Driven, focused and ambitious.Takes initiative and priorities pursuit of goals/targets.Keeps up to date with system and regulatory updates & requirementsDemonstrates Bupa ValuesPlans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstancesManages time effectivelyMonitors performance against deliverables.Produces a range of solutions to problems.Promotes ideas on behalf of self and others.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
