For more information, visit Primary objective To support delivering the Detailed Design of the Offshore Pipelines and Riser systems along with subsea pipelines / flowlines / trunklines and Composite Submarine Cables and ensure that all engineering works are carried out in accordance with the Project Basis of Design (BoD) and all Project requirements, standards, procedures, budgets and schedules. Specific Accountabilities . Perform all necessary analysis and calculations related to the design of offshore pipelines and risers . Prepares and reviews engineering studies, design drawings and documents and material and equipment specifications . Route selection . Routing of Subsea pipelines and cables . Subsea Pipelines wall thickness, on-bottom stability, allowable spans calculations . Engineering design reports . Riser and Tie-in Spool analysis with CAESAR II or AutoPIPE . Subsea Pipeline and Cables crossing design with CAESAR II . Subsea Pipelines bottom roughness analysis with SAGE Profile . Cables and Umbilicals installation analysis with OrcaFlex . Development and checking of drawings . Coordinate with the design/drafting teams . Interface with other disciplines . Construction scope of work . Review of construction procedures and reports . Resolves specialty related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes and standardsQualifications. Minimum 5+ years Offshore experience in subsea pipelines and risers work . Offshore Pipeline Design and construction - Shallow to medium water depths gas, oil and water injection pipelines and risers . Some experience in onshore pipeline design . Software - PRCI AGA, CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, OrcaFlex, OFFPIPE, SAGE Profile and Mathcad .
