Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available forAnalyst, Insurance Reports to, GM, Strategy located inJubail. Job purpose:Responsible for insurance renewals and claims administration.Role responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all aspects to define the strategy and strategic initiatives for Support Functions within Tasnee HQ. Drive the implementation to achieve the approved strategic objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Collection of insurance renewal information, coordination with insurance brokers, Insurance companies/Surveyors/Claim Settling Agents etc.
  • Insurance Policy administration- Property, Marine, Engineering and Miscellaneous. (Excluding Medical).
  • Follow up for Risk Improvement Recommendations with sites.
  • Preparation for Payment Requests within SAP, follow up with Finance till the payment is released.
  • Notification of incidents to insurance brokers.
  • Claims records maintenance.
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Finance, Insurance, Business, or other related major.
  • +3 years experience in Insurance or other relevant filed.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge to ERP SAP is a must.
  • Should have good knowledge of Excel and Word.
