Title:QA QC Electrical EngineerTo provide technical support to theRefinerys maintenance and operationalteams and ensure that all routine,preventive and turnaround maintenanceactivities.Define, manage and review equipmentmaintenance strategies, develop maintenanceprocedures to support these strategies andprovide technical assistance and trouble-shootingsupport for all equipment, as required.2. Participate in the of Root Cause Analysis aspart of the process for addressing Bad Actor lists,facilitate critical studies provide coaching andmentoring to other engineers capable offacilitating RCA studies. Provide support indeveloping new software.3. Ensure developing and maintaining an effectiveaction tracking system for Root Cause Analysisfindings and recommendations and reporting incase of discrepancies.4. Define spare part requirements for all Refineryequipment, employing Risk Based Maintenanceand Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysistechniques (FMECA).5. Perform regular audits to ensure workingcapital is optimised, stock levels are maintainedand spares for obsolete equipment are removedin coordination with concerned personnel.6. Participate in Total FORCE audits, SolomonSurveys and other benchmarking exercises toensure the SATORP reliability programs isfocused on the important issues to improve overallRefinery availability performance.7. Develop and follow up on Incident trackingsystem .Make sure for compliances of all HSE rulesEncourage reporting of unsafe acts andconditions.Comply with all SHE procedures prior tocommencement and during work.
