Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for Warehouse Supervisor Located in Jubail, KSAJob Purpose Provides supervisory and technical skills to direct reports and oversee the daily warehousing activities. To implement warehouse operations for Spare parts and other consumable items, for having productive environment, quality approach, customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.Role responsibilities:

  • Supervises warehouse activities and members and monitor the performance by maintaining warehouse KPIs.
  • Sets a good example for his team by working safely following the company rules and procedures.
  • Makes his team members aware of their responsibilties and supports them to achieve their targets and tasks.
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
  • Interface with end users to answer questions or solve problems.
  • Ensure monthly inspections , observation and housekeeping tours and reports incidents and non-conformities.
  • Developing and training Saudi co-workers.
  • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
  • Determine staffing levels and assign proper workload.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
  • Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
  • Assign other tasks on case to case basis as company needed.
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Minimum 12-15 years experience
  • Diploma Preferred
