Maintenance Operations:Install, modify, service, and upgrade equipment and machines within maintenance and service agreements and technical specificationsPrepare adequate documentation and reporting for onshore management considerationregarding wrong design, poor workmanship, non-compliance to ACC standardsMonitor the performance of equipment by conducting diagnostic checksInspect equipment and parts thoroughly, and validate those parts requiring replacement to minimize cost of repairsPerform periodic, preventive and corrective maintenance on installations to ensure that requirements are met, and that installed equipment continues to perform reliablyComplete safe and efficient replacement and repair activities in the event of failure or malfunction ensuring quick restoration; troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective actions as requiredReporting and Relationship Management :Document progress and results, and report to the Maintenance Supervisor on a regular basisReport on machineries that need to be sent to external workshops, and seek the Maintenance Supervisor?s approvalParticipate in selecting and maintaining on-going relationships with service suppliers (e.g. workshops, electricians) to ensure the company is receiving high standards of serviceConduct quality assurance on external workshops? deliverables to ensure it meets agreed guidelines, contractual requirements and industry best practicesPolicies, Processes and Procedures :Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems,processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvementPromote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within ACCSafety, Health and Environment :Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environmentParticipate in incident and accident investigations as required in-line with agreed safety, health and environment policies, procedures and controlsReport on changes within ACC that impact relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controlsRequirements:2-3 years of experience in Service and maintenancePrevious industry knowledge is requiredPrevious Material Handling knowledge is requiredYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
