Lead alongside the Contracts Manager negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors and/or stakeholders on legal and contractual matters.
Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including, among others, purchase orders, service agreements, subcontracts, etc. based on the Projects needs
Support the other Managersregarding legal/contractual matters arising from the contract with the client as well as agreements with subcontractors, design consultants and suppliers. Likewise deal with land owners, public authorities and/or utility companies, if required.
Support finance and administration Manager in relation to bank documentation and agreements including, guarantees and letters of credit.
Preparation ofcontractual documentation and legal procedures, if required.
Supervising contentious and pre-contentious strategy, including the involvement of external lawyers.
Management of external counsel.
Experience in claim preparation and management of commercial disputes. Anticipate and follow legal developments that may affect the Project.
Ensuring compliance with SAGIA requirements and other licenses and requirement applicable.
Assist the Management team and the rest of Departments to draft correspondence addressed to the client,
