Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the association in line with its mission and objectivesAct as the primary point of contact for board members, committees, and stakeholdersPlan, coordinate, and execute association meetings, conferences, and eventsOversee membership services, recruitment, retention, and engagement activitiesPrepare agendas, minutes, reports, and documentation for board and committee meetingsManage budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting in coordination with finance teamsEnsure compliance with governance standards, bylaws, and regulatory requirementsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldProven experience in association management, corporate administration, or stakeholder managementStrong understanding of governance, board relations, and member servicesExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
