Job Description

SummaryManages recruitment activates of all the vacancies within the organization. Ensures organized recruitment of qualified candidates against open positions through means of direct, advertisement or contracted agencies. Guarantees effective recruitment standard are achieved through implementation of policies and procedures of the organization.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1.Receives applications from designated recruitment source to help and create a databank of potential candidates and develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance. 2.Pre-screens applications through reconciliation against specialized job descriptions to source core competencies and compile a short list of suitable candidates for further review.3.Evaluates and confirms selected applications meet the job descriptions of specialized positions and initiates reconciliations against recommended applicants.4.Administrates, facilitates and conducts English language test to determine applicants suitability in dynamic working environment of the Hospital. 5.Conducts and arranges pre-screening face-to-face or telephone interviews (if necessary) before recommending applications for review to the concerned departments.6.Maintains all relevant applicant data, interviews scores and candidates updates in the Oracle Human Resource Management System (Oracle - HRMS) application. 7.Initiates Employment offer letters detailing the benefit package and eligibilities based on grades, zones & positions.8.Monitors, updates and receives the offer acceptance against generated offer letters within the established acceptance period.9.Conducts reference checks (if required) from the primary source to facilitate the recruitment process.10.Arranges and organizes Medical tests review of applicants with Family Medicine and notify applicants or agency of their suitability of employment as required. 11.Maintains accurate and clears records of visa utilization of new hires when required. 12.Collaborates with Travel Section, Housing Services and Public Relations to facilitate housing requests, travel arrangements and issuance of tickets if required. 13.Prepares employment contracts based on the Employment offers and notify the applicant or agency.14.Follows up on all pending files on regular bases and take appropriate actions when necessary.15.Efficiently & effectively fills vacant positions in accordance to policy and procedure of the organization. 16.Handles and complies with all aspects of hiring process through Oracle HRMS application in addition to the issuance of new ID badges. 17.Logs and initiates processing of invoices through the Financial Services for international hired employees from the designated market as required. 18.Provides guidance and knowledges transfer of inter-departmental policies and procedures to colleagues & new trainees within the organization.19.Participates and administrates in by-weekly Hospital orientation for new hired employees as assigned. 20.Coordinates with Local Recruitment office to advertise in local newspapers and prepares a report of visas required to fill vacancies within the organization.21.Coordinates with departments to write and place advertisements in international newspapers, journals or websites to source high calibre applicants & maintains record of advertisement budget utilization.22.Provides backup support (if necessary) to Managerial Level in attending and scheduling visits to universities, job fairs or conferences that will help to elevate the reputation of KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.) worldwide.23.Carries out and provides assistance in all aspects of recruitment cycle to internal and external customers.EducationMasters or Bachelors in Human Resources Management,or other related discipline is required. Experience Requiredade09: One(1) year of related experience with Masters, or three (3) years withBachelors Degree is required. Grade10: Three(3) years of related experience with Masters, or five (5) years withBachelors Degree, includingtwo (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi Nationals Only.
