Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Aluminum Sales Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia (Dammam). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aluminum industry and a proven track record of success in sales. As an Aluminum Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our company. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers great opportunities for career advancement.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities and threats to our business.
  5. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, tracking performance against targets and taking corrective actions as needed.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, market trends, and performance.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new product offerings, ensuring our sales team is knowledgeable and capable of presenting our products effectively.
  8. Collaborate with other departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aluminum industry, with a focus on sales.
  2. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
  3. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  5. Proven ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  6. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  7. Proficient in MS Office suite and sales CRM software.
  8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
