Role PurposeThe Strategy, Performance & PMO professional at Giza Systems Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in KSA is responsible for translating corporate strategy into executable initiatives, ensuring alignment across GS entities, and driving disciplined execution in accordance with MISA requirements. The role oversees strategy execution and performance management for all Giza Systems subsidiaries operating in KSA and the broader region.This position serves as the link between strategy formulation and delivery, ensuring that strategic objectives across the group are achieved on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy ExecutionTranslate corporate and business unit strategies into clear initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans across all GS subsidiaries in KSA and the regionSupport strategy formulation cycles at corporate, functional, and business unit levelsEnsure strategic alignment across initiatives, budgets, and operating plans group-wideTrack realization of strategic objectives and expected benefits across entitiesPerformance ManagementDesign and manage performance frameworks (KPIs and Balanced Scorecards) for the RHQ and subsidiariesLead target setting, performance reviews, and variance analysisDevelop executive-level dashboards and consolidated performance reportsIdentify performance gaps, risks, and required corrective actionsSupport leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendationsPMOEstablish and govern PMO standards, methodologies, and tools in line with RHQ and MISA expectationsExecute and manage the strategic initiative and project portfolio across GS subsidiariesEnsure projects comply with governance requirements, stage gates, and reporting cadenceMonitor project health (scope, schedule, cost, risks, dependencies) across the groupDrive issue resolution, escalation, and alignment forumsGovernance & Stakeholder ManagementRun executive committees, steering committees, and review forums at RHQ levelCoordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and other functions across all subsidiariesAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and initiative owners across the regionEnsure transparency, accountability, and decision traceability across strategic initiativesPersonal SkillsStrategic thinking and decision-making.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination.Attention to detail and accuracy.Adaptability and resilience under pressure.Time and priority management.Technical Skills6 to10 years of experience in strategy, performance management, PMO, or consulting.Proven experience leading enterprise or cross-functional initiatives.Solid understanding of strategy execution, operating models, and governance frameworks.Experience working closely with senior executives and leadership teams.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related fieldYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
