The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.Conduct background checks and reference verifications.Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely feedback and status updates.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during recruitment.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
