Oversee the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment projects.Attracting and securing investments for development projects, while contributing to the organisations strategic goals.Client DetailsThe client is part of the giga-project designed to transform the region into a global destination for cultural heritage, nature, and tourism, aligning with Saudi Arabias Vision 2030.DescriptionFunctional Responsibilities:Oversee the development and refinement of Real Estate Investments within the D&C Executive Program, ensuring alignment with the organisations strategic objectives and Vision 2030.Monitor market trends and identify potential investment opportunities in various Real Estate classes (residential, commercial, tourism, etc.).Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive investment strategy for Real Estate Investments, specifically targeting investor acquisition for development projects.Head negotiations and secure investment agreements with potential partners and investors, ensuring favourable terms and the development program.Collaborate with D&C sector heads to develop a comprehensive real estate investment strategy, aligned with the programs goals and development plan.Oversee the investment pipeline, tracking potential investors, proposals, and negotiations throughout the process.Monitor the evaluation and due diligence process for potential investments, ensuring sound decision-making and risk management.Prioritise sustainable and responsible investment practices that contribute to the responsible development while preserving its unique cultural and environmental heritage.Managerial Responsibilities:Contribute to the sectors short- and long-term strategy from the Departments perspective in line with the organisations overall vision and mission.Develop the Departments strategy, objectives, KPIs annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets.Prepare and submit the departments annual budget for approval taking all planned activities and necessary investments into consideration by monitoring the financial performance.Oversee the development, maintenance, implementation and adherence of the department policies and procedures as well as the overall performance of the department and ensure KPIs are well developed, cascaded, communicated, and monitored.Ensure effective staffing, professional development, and deployment of staff of the sector in consultation with the Sector ExecutiveDirect the departments connection to its customers, whether internal or external, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.ProfileAcademic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field.Masters Degree preferredWork Experience:10 years of relevant experience with 5 years in a managerial role.Other Requirements:Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic & English languages.Excellent communication skills.Time management and organisation skills.Familiarity with standards, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.Maintains a high standard of professionalism, presentation, personal integrity, and customer support.Decision-making ability and leadership skills.Strategic Thinking.Job OfferApart from lucrative compensation, an opportunity to contribute to the KSA Vision 2030
