For more information, visitAssist the Location R3 Manager in the development and roll-out of an effective total R3 program for all field sites/projects and Worley offices in the Location ( including operational procedures, program initiatives and systems required for the mitigation of project emergency hazards, security and community risks whilst maintaining continuity of operations and safeguarding of assets. Ensure that all project sites and offices are covered by robust and comprehensive R3 Management Plans (PORA/FPP/Medical & Comms Plans) and, where applicable, R3 Improvement Plans - this includes periodical follow-up with the Program Manager/Focal Point Leader to ensure no scope creep. Interface with Project HSE Emergency Response staff to ensure seamless emergency response/management fit occurs. Conduct SVAs to determine the types of emergency-related needs to be addressed in disaster planning or provide technical support to others conducting such surveys Plans, designs and executes emergency response drills and desktop exercises and evaluates the efficacy of the drills and exercises for all Worley offices and Project Sites. Being able to work in different sites in multiple cities as and when required by the business, as instructed by the Location R3 Manager Assist the Location R3 Manager in responding to R3 incidents or events and ensure the R3 response and recovery teams equipment and resources are maintained and accessible for immediate use. Prepare plans that outline operating procedures to be used in response to disasters or emergencies, such as hurricanes, nuclear accidents, and terrorist attacks, and recovery from these events Provide a weekly report to the Location R3 Manager. Maintain the R3 Team Site weekly.
