Job Description

The Project Coordinator supports project managers and teams by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. This role is essential in facilitating smooth project execution, managing documentation, and assisting with scheduling and resource allocation.Key Responsibilities:Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Coordinate communication between project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.Support the project manager in risk management and problem resolution.Facilitate logistics and procurement tracking for materials and equipment.Organize and support project meetings, workshops, and site visits.Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.Update project databases and software tools for accurate reporting.Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.6 - 8 years of experience in project coordination or support roles.Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Basic understanding of construction or engineering projects is a plus.
