Procurement OfficerJob Location : Saudi Arabia:•Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.•Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.•Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending.•Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or excess stock.•Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.•Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.•Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.Skills :•Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).•Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and supply chain management principles.•Understanding of contract negotiation and vendor management practices.•Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is preferred.•2–4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.•Strong negotiation and communication abilities.•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
