Role Purpose:The Health Lounges Engagement Manager drives business growth by promoting offerings, engaging clients, ensuring smooth operations, collaborating with other functions, managing member enrollment & on-ground activities & cultivating strong client relationships.Key Accountabilities:1- Member Segmentation & Development of Member-Focused Roadmaps:Collaborate with other departments to develop & excute a comperhensive member roadmapAlign the member roadmap with primary business objectives to drive growth & engagementIdentify & segment members using specific criteria to tailor & optimize proramsImplement targeted preparations for each segment to enhance lounge effectiveness2- Member Outreach & Engagement Retention;Proactively engage with prospective members to promote champion health loungeBuild & sustain strong member relationships to discover their needs & preferences accuratelyDesign & execute re-engagement strategies to retain members who have previously utilized our loungesEstablish strong feedback mechanisms to capture member experiences & drive service enhancements3- Member Enrollment & Lounge Innovation;Direct & streamline the enrollment process for new members into health lounge lounges, ensuring a seamless & efficient experienceContinuously drive innovation & elevate program launches to effectively attract & retain members, fostering sustained growth4- Lounge Promotion, On-Ground Activities & Communication Management;Plan & execute on-ground activities to effectively promote the health lounge & its loungesCraft & distribute compelling messages to captivate & inform potential members, driving interest in our offeringsImplement targeted communication initiatives to incentivize individuals to experience health lounge programsLeverage multiple channels to maximize awareness & drive active participation in lounges5- PMO;Establish & maintain a project management framework to supportCoordinate cross-functional teams to prepare & present compelling business proposalsOversee timelines, budgets & deliverablesMonitor & report progressCollaborate with stakeholders to align proposals with strategic business objectivesIdentify risks & develop mitigation strategies for ongoing projectsSkillsStrong Leadership & team management skillsExcellent communication & interpersonal abilitiesCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for health & wellnessAbility to multitask & manage time effectivelyExperience in customer engagement, hospitality management or health services managementProven track record in a managerial role, preferably in health or wellness settingEducationBachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Health Services or relatedYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
