Job Description

You as a Logistics Specialist will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be accountable for obtaining goods or services required by the organization including Indirect Operations and Direct Operations. Providing assistance and training to lower-level employees.Your Responsibilities

  • Keeping the track records of outgoing PO-s, collecting OC dates, and giving heads-up to TMC at the beginning of month for potential collections of months.
  • Aligning well with PM-s for final delivery locations.
  • Providing cargo-s status information tracked by mails to PMs and ensuring POD at job completion.
  • Bridge between TMC and BU PM-s
  • Supporting SCM by following up and expediting material based on expediting plan they are following.
  • Handling WF approvals as you are strong follower on you tasks (getting WBS from PM-s, getting approvals for budget)
  • Handling Saber system.
  • To be introduced to ZATCA portal and to get understanding of customs processes.
  • To be the main logistics tracker owner and upload the information provided by us for PM-s visibility.

Your background
  • A bachelors degree in relevant field.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
