ResponsibilitiesWeatherford are looking for an experienced Lead Planning Engineer. Duties & Responsibilities: Establish the requirements of KSA Re-Entry project with regard to scope of services, organisations, job specific procedures, planning and scheduling requirements. Responsible for formulating manpower, equipment, man/hour estimates and staff nominations for KSA Re-Entry Project and proposals or any other future work. Review planning and scheduling work on current projects regularly to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed. Maintain quality assurance and quality control systems to ensure that the quality of the planning service on each project is maintained to the standards laid down in the Project Execution Procedure, through regular project audits. Provide and maintain planning and scheduling statistics derived from completed projects. Preparing a monthly report of planning workload.Ensure that operational systems and methods are developed or improved in line with project needs and available technology. Keep close liaison with operating departments in order to reflect changes in technology and operational systems in the company in planning methodology.Keep close liaison with client personnel to maintain satisfactory working relationships and to identify potential problem areas. Maintain awareness of major client requirements for Planning and Scheduling Services in Primavera Software. QualificationsMin 5 years experience of planning/scheduling within O&G is essential Experience of Primavera Software is required Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
