ResponsibilitiesProvide testing, repairs, and routine servicing on equipment in the shop and the field. In addition, it helps generate business to increase revenues through sales of Weatherford products and services. Responsibilities and duties: . Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used and ensures the job execution requirements are specific to the treatment reports. Provides feedback to the design application engineers team for improvements in the program. . Perform job preparation tasks such as measuring and documenting sales and rental items, assembly of tools per work instructions, preparation for testing, disassembly, and repair of items per procedure. - QA/QC of all Wetherfords equipment upon arrival to location - within the first 24hrs of arrival to location . Prepare equipment for dispatch, package and load-out . Perform the following: pre-job briefing, on-site equipment inspection and installation per job program. . Completion of formal job closure including post job tool inspections, back-loading of equipment, job ticket signature, job submission to Weather Performance Tracking System (WPTS) . Prepare and keep accurate paperwork on delivery tickets, job reports, time sheets and other similar administrative forms. . Perform necessary pre-job calculations to validate job design and equipment selection. In depth knowledge of Pressure Vs Rate, demonstrates a proficiency in the knowledge of Weatherfords tools and its applications associated to the cementing aspect of the oilfield. Diligently performs all the necessary calculations to complete the job: (Down hole calculations) . Keep accurate paperwork of equipment used and services provided in the field. . Have a thorough knowledge of the Cementing products and services including having the ability to correctly Identify all tools and components. . Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency. . Assist in the shop and make deliveries when available . Required training as per Weatherfords QHSE training matrix - Minimum - 100%, Job Relayed training - 80%. . Required to work on 24 hours call basis. . Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. . Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. . Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. . Must be able to travel for extended periods of time. Qualifications

  • 0-2 years related experience
  • Engineering degree. Preferred degree within Petroleum-, Mechanical-, Chemical- or Industrial Engineering
  • General product knowledge
  • General mechanical ability
  • Self-motivator, self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills
