The IT Business Applications Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization’s business enterprise platforms, utilizing their expertise in at least one of the relevant solutions to continuously optimize and meet the evolving needs of JHAHs business processes.Strategic Roles & Responsibilities %00Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:Operational Roles & Responsibilities %100:Operational Roles & ResponsibilitiesImplement configure maintain support monitor and enhance the organizations business applications including HRFISCM systems service management systems project management systems contentdocument mangement systems collaboration platforms and other business enterprise solutions to ensure they are fitforpurpose reliable efficient effective secure and achieve their intended benefits for the organizationProvide training and guidance to end users on the effective use and management of business applicationsEnsure that business applications comply with relevant best practices regulatory requirements enterprise architecture standards governance programs and cybersecurity policiesManage engagements with contracted vendors for business applications support managed services or professional services to ensure that service delivery meets the targeted scope time cost and quality constraintsInvestigate and resolve business applications related incidents in compliance with the organizations relevant policies and proceduresFulfill business applications related service requests in compliance with the organizations relevant policies and proceduresEvaluate and process IT demand requests involving business applications and support fulfillment of those that are approved in compliance with relevant policies and procedures and by following the organizations IT project management frameworkMentor and guide junior colleaguesExperience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Specialist consulting, including implementation and support.Hands-on experience with plant maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments, with knowledge of SAP PM migration to S/4HANA being a plus.Excellent communication skills ( English/Arabic)Certified PM module.Minimum Education Required:Bachelors Degree in the field of Information Technology or in a relevant field.Professional Certifications Required:Sample of preferred certifications: .-Certifications relevant to business enterprise solutions adopted at JHAH .-Project Management Professional (PMP) .-IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)Years of Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field.Languages:English:Fully Proficient ; Arabic:Not RequiredYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
