Job Responsibilities:1- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interview and selection2- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a welcoming experience for new hires3- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment4- Maintain HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality5- Support performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives6- Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal and industry standards7- Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities8- Assist with compensation and benefits administration and communicate with employees regarding their inquiriesRequirements:1- Only Saudi National Required Male/ Female2- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field3- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a similar role4- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices5- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels6- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail7- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office products8- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information9- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills10- Can speak Arabic and English
