ResponsibilitiesAs HSE Advisor you will be responsible for day to day monitoring and implementation for all HSE programs and initiatives at the Field Operational level for the LSTK Integrated Project, that covers Project Management, drilling contractors, Weatherford product lines and all 3rd party service providers, logisticsproviders, catering companies and all stake holders. Also ensuringWeatherfords HSE standards and our clients HSE policies are communicated and implemented across the assigned LSTK site operations, and reporting all critical HSE findings to ISP HSE Manager and related stake holders, Ensuring appropriate Client training matrix is followed by all ISP site personel including drilling contractors and Weatherford product line and all 3rd party service providers . Implementation of Weatherford & our clients HSE plans along with reporting KPIs on a regular basis.. Ensuring Weatherfords ISP HSE documentation at site level is maintained according to Weatherford and our clients standard. This is a rotational role 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification Bachelors degree in Safety or any engineering disciplines.
• Masters Degree in HSE, Hazardous / Risk Management, or equivalent is preferred.
• & Skills
• 8 to 10 years of experience in oil & gas preferably in a drilling environment is essential
• Advanced knowledge of operational risks assessments.
• Hands on knowledge on Risk Management tools & Crisis Management Process
• NEBOSH / IOSH Generacl Certificate or Regional equivalent
• Comprehensive experience in Incident management / failure analysis
• Knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements of KSA.
• Able to make presentations to multi-disciplined groups (including internal and external personnel), run effective workshops and produce reports / documentation
• Saudi National

• ISO 9001 ISO 14001 , OHSAS 18001 Lead auditor .
