Job Description

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Front Office cum Telecaller to manage front desk responsibilities while handling outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service, administrative support, and telecalling assistance as needed.Key Responsibilities:Front Office Duties:Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them appropriatelyHandle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiriesMaintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and front desk activitiesReceive and sort daily mail/couriersSchedule appointments and maintain meeting calendarsAssist with general administrative tasks and documentationTelecalling Duties:Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, promotions, or feedbackHandle inbound customer queries in a professional mannerMaintain customer contact database and call recordsPromote services or products over the phone as requiredFollow up on leads or inquiries shared by the sales/marketing teamAchieve daily/weekly calling targets if applicableRequirements:Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary School Graduate1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers may be considered with good communication skills)Good spoken and written communication skills in English (other regional languages are a plus)Proficient in MS Office and handling basic office equipmentPleasant personality, polite attitude, and professional groomingMultitasking and time management skillsCustomer-focused and service-oriented mindset
