We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our building(s) and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for all occupants while managing all facility-related activities, services, and staff.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of building facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and cleaning servicesDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtimeCoordinate and supervise facility maintenance staff and external contractorsEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulationsManage budgets, contracts, and procurement related to facility servicesOversee space planning, allocation, and office moves if applicableHandle emergency preparedness and response planningMaintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance schedules, and incident reportsLiaise with tenants, vendors, and regulatory authorities as neededLead initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costsEnsure the facility is safe, secure, and well-maintained at all timesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience (typically 5+ years) in facility management or related rolesKnowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with health, safety, and environmental regulationsBudgeting and contract management experienceProficiency in facility management software and MS OfficeGood communication and interpersonal skills
