Facilities Supervisor

Job Description

The opportunityWe are looking for a competent FM Supervisor to manage maintenance and repair work in our client facilities in KSA. Your responsibilities will include:

• Training staff and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations.
• Monitoring all areas and dip check that previous issued have been dealt with or closed off satisfactorily.
• Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
• Preparing maintenance schedules and allocate work.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Ensuring that facilities are always in a good and safe condition.
• Arranging and managing appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.
• Demonstrating attention to detail and ownership of the processes relating to the areas of responsibility.
• Following up for the PPM and reactive tasks and ensured that the task completed.
• Attending the regular follow-up performance meeting with management.
• Checking the work completion reports.
• Assisting with clients reports as required.
• Carrying out such other reasonable duties as may be required by the line manager.
• Making sure team members perform their tasks in a timely and organized manner.
• Assigning tasks, training employees, providing feedback, mediating interpersonal conflicts, and implementing company procedures.

About youYou are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated construction teams. You have experience in a similar role within the work location. You are reliable and have a great eye for detail. You have skills and knowledge of various crafts such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, soft services and waste management. You have good people management skills. You have knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations. You have excellent communication skills both written and oral. You are client focused and deliver to the client what we promise. You are capable of establishing good relationship with clients, customers, and service providers. Oil and gas experience is preferable. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are also essential.
