About The Job Elementary Vice Principal - UAE NationalBloom Education is currently looking for an experienced UAE National for a Vice Principal position in our Ras Al Khaimah school, commencing April 2024.   • Collaborate with the Principal to bring innovative strategies to the Implementation of the US curriculum
  • In partnership with the Principal, provide professional leadership and management of teaching and learning throughout the school
  • Work with the Principal to ensure the school and the people and resources within it are well organized and managed to provide an efficient, effective and safe learning environment.
  • Ensure that students enjoy and benefit from a high-quality education, promoting collective responsibility within the whole school community
  • Develop a school ethos which enables everyone to work collaboratively, share knowledge and understanding, celebrate success and accept responsibility for outcomes
  • Ensure that strategic planning takes account of the diversity, values and experience of the school and the UAE community at large
  • Monitor, evaluate and review the effects of policies, priorities and targets of the school in practice and take action if necessary
  • Work with the Principal to improve the quality of teaching and learning and students achievement, setting high expectations and monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of learning outcomes
Requirements
  • Relevant BA Degree in Education & PGCE
  • At least 8 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a management position
  • Experience of leading school initiatives that have led to improvement in standards and achievements
  • Experience with the American curriculum is preferred
  • We are only considering UAE Emirati Nationals for this position
