This role requires a strategic problem solver, able to operate effectively at all levels of the organization, and excited to create tangible value for the organization.Responsibilities:Business CaseDevelop straightforward business cases or lead feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to support the development and continuous review of business cases.Design and ConceptualizationWork effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, leveraging data to drive original design ideas and decisions.Data-driven Product and Service ImprovementDevelop data-driven analyses to surface new opportunities to differentiate and improve products and user experiences, ensuring consistency across digital products, services, and channels.Portfolio ManagementPlan and manage the delivery of projects within an area of professional expertise, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.Horizon ScanningExplore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.Business Requirements IdentificationElicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.Documentation and Back upCreate and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation to a high standard and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.Personal Capability BuildingDevelop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.Experience:General ExperienceExperienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (8 to 10 years)Managerial ExperienceBasic experience of coordinating the work of others (3 to 4 years)
