AccountantJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Financial Management: Oversee all accounting transactions, including fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits, and budget management. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.•Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in transactions.•Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records. Resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.•Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports. Provide insights and analysis to support financial decision-making.•Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.•Payroll: Process payroll, ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, and manage employee benefits and deductions.•Budgeting: Prepare budget forecasts, monitor financial performance, and adjust budgets as necessary to meet company objectives.•Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors for regular audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.•Tax Management: Calculate and prepare tax payments and returns, ensuring timely submission and compliance with tax regulations.•Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.•Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.•Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash transactions, ensure proper documentation, and reconcile petty cash accounts.•Customer Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to customers, follow up on overdue payments, and manage accounts receivable.•Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all financial transactions to ensure transparency and accuracy.Qualifications:•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.•Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, preferably in a sole accounting capacity.•Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.•Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.•Attributes: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
