Job Description

  • Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, Waffles, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
  • Handle the stock of ingredients required to prepare bakery items, understand the ingredient quantities, and list them down.
  • Manage the icing, topping and food decoration to enhance the presentation of items and improve customer satisfaction effectively.
  • Frequently monitoring the ingredients stock to detect requirements and place orders ensuring the expenses are within the company budget.
