Job Description

The Tax Manager role in the Fashion & Apparel industry is pivotal for ensuring compliance with tax regulations while optimizing the companys tax position. This position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex tax laws and provide insightful guidance to the organization. The Tax Manager will oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring that the company adheres to all local and international tax regulations. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for the fashion industry.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  2. Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  3. Conduct tax research and analysis to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to provide tax-related advice and support for business decisions.
  5. Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
  6. Monitor and report on tax compliance and potential risks to senior management.
  7. Assist in the development of tax policies and procedures to streamline processes.
  8. Provide training and guidance to staff on tax-related matters.
  9. Participate in tax audits and resolve any issues that may arise.
  10. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management regarding tax strategies and compliance status.
